- Conducting Safe Food Activities (Self-Paced Online Course)
- Coming soon! This self-paced course is designed for community educators who lead food activities such as food tastings and recipe demonstrations. The course covers basic food safety practices to use in these activities and how to plan and conduct a safe food activity. The course contains four short self-paced modules. The course is available free of charge to the public.
Curriculum
- EatFit
EatFit teaches students to set goals which establish appropriate health habits for adolescence. Students explore and practice the skills needed for a physically active lifestyle and to make healthy food choices.

- Eating Smart, Being Active
- Eating Smart Being Active is an Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) curriculum for adults developed by EFNEP staffs at Colorado State University and University of California at Davis. Based upon the socioecological model, Eating Smart Being Active is an evidence based, nutrition education and obesity prevention curriculum.

- Fresh From Garden
Fresh from the Garden targets limited resource home gardeners and their families with lessons designed to increase gardeners' knowledge of healthful eating and physical activity, while emphasizing the health benefits of a vegetable-rich diet. Lesson materials include the full curriculum, optional PowerPoints, handouts, visual aids, a full recipe book, and recipe cards.

- Go, Glow, Grow
Go Glow Grow uses a fun and effective format for introducing preschoolers to food and how it keeps them healthy. The nutrition objectives include recognizing MyPlate, identifying Go, Glow, and Grow foods, knowing that children need physical activity every day, and how to appropriately wash their hands.

- Healthy, Happy Families
Healthy, Happy Families is a curriculum that encourages parents to promote healthy eating habits in their preschool-aged children. It may also be used with pregnant and parenting teens.

- Nutrition to Grow On
Nutrition to Grow On is an innovative curriculum that links the garden and nutrition education by teaching children and their families about nutrition through garden activities. In the lessons, science, mathematics, language arts, history, environmental studies, nutrition and health are reinforced.

- Plan, Shop, Save & Cook
Plan, Shop, Save and Cook is an interactive curriculum that promotes MyPlate messaging to limited resource families. Lessons cover meal planning to include the MyPlate food groups, how to shop with a grocery list and use unit pricing to get the most for your food dollars. Food safety and preparing a healthy, low-cost recipe are also covered.

- TWIGS: Teams with Intergenerational Support
Teams with Intergenerational Support (TWIGS) includes lessons that connect gardening with nutrition for children in K-8th grade. The focus is to positively influence participants’ food choices through the development and harvesting of a vegetable garden. Curriculum can be used during school, after school and with 4-H programs.
